Players Ben Leber and Mike Vrabel were joined by Hall of Famer Carl Eller and attorneys for the talks in front of U.S. Magistrate Judge Arthur Boylan. ... In case you missed it, the lead attorney for Eller's group, Michael Hausfeld, took exception with the idea that the two sides aren't taking this round of mediation seriously and rather are waiting for court rulings to determine the battlefield. Hausfeld also suggested "some progress" was being made. ... It remains to be seen if "some progress" can become "enough progress. ..." Stay tuned.
