According to Anwar Richardson of the Tampa Tribune, the Hillsborough county state's attorney office in Florida has announced they will not pursue DUI charges against Williams.

As the Redzone notes, Williams' blood alcohol content was significantly below the state's legal limit and a urine test showed "zero illegal substances. ..." A fourth round pick, Williams was named to The Sporting News' All-Rookie team this week after leading all rookies in receptions (65), receiving yards (964) and touchdowns (11).
