The Facts:
In a move that could raise more questions than it answers, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports that Williams passed a team-implemented urine test after he was released from jail following a Friday arrest for suspicion of DUI. The information was conveyed to Schefter by Bucs G.M. Mark Dominik.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Williams also submitted to a urine test administered by the authorities. But as PFT's Mike Florio notes, there is a difference: The authorities have the authority to request urine testing. Individual NFL teams generally don’t. So even though Williams wanted to submit to the test to prove he wasn’t under the influence of substances other than alcohol when he was arrested, the NFL possibly will find that the team should have declined the request. ... But the bottom line for Williams is still good news.
