The team has scheduled a press conference for later this afternoon. For now, it's not clear if Kevin Kolb has suffered some kind of setback or failed part of the league's concussion protocol -- but this sounds like it could be a longer-term decision. Vick clearly played well against Detroit last week completing 21 of 34 passes for 284 yards with two touchdowns and 37 yards rushing. ... Stay tuned.
