HC John Fox said that Moore "felt a lot better," after suffering a concussion Sunday afternoon, and would not rule him out of this week's game against Tampa Bay.

According to Herald staffer Darin Gantt, Fox was clear when asked if Moore would start if healthy, taking that potential uncertainty out of the question. Moore was sacked four times and threw three interceptions in the end zone in Sunday's loss. He left late in the game after being drilled by Giants DE Osi Umenyiora and was replaced by Jimmy Clausen. ... We'll have more on Moore as the week progresses.
