Kolb has not been ruled out for Philadelphia’s game at Detroit next Sunday despite sustaining a concussion in the season opener.

HC Andy Reid said Kolb must pass a specific evaluation process before heis cleared to play. Reid says the team’s medical staff will follow the NFL’s guidelines for concussions. Asked if Kolb is definitely going to miss the game against the Lions, Reid said: “I can’t tell you that. ..." But Reid also said Kolb won't practice until at least Friday. Sounds like Michael Vick is going to get another chance to lead the offense.
