Moore was taken to a nearby hospital for evaluation, after taking a vicious hit late in Sunday's 31-18 loss at New York.

Moore, who was sacked four times and threw three interceptions, doubled over on the field after being sacked late in the fourth quarter. He was helped to the bench, in obvious discomfort. Rookie Jimmy Clausen finished the game. ... Team officials weren't certain that Moore would make the flight back to Charlotte with the team, and had no further word on his condition -- although there have been reports suggesting a concussion. We'll follow up when more is known.
