The Texans waived Moats today according to John McClain of the Houston Chronicle.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
HC Gary Kubiak said last week a back would be cut before training camp. Moats played 14 games and started 2 last season. With Moats gone, the Texans have Steve Slaton, Arian Foster, second-round pick Ben Tate, Chris Henry and Jeremiah Johnson. We'll be looking for Tate and Slaton to be the primary ball carriers this year with Foster lurking as a dark horse.
