The Facts:
According to packers.com, Packers coach Mike McCarthy revealed Wednesday that Donald Driver had surgery on both knees at the end of last season. "We've got him on the rehab list," McCarthy said of the veteran WR.

It is worth noting that Driver's performance slipped sharply down last season's stretch and it's not unreasonable to believe the knees played a role in that. ... It's unclear when the surgeries took place. As for the nature of the procedures, McCarthy suggested Driver just had the kness “cleaned up” or scoped. ... Stay tuned.
