Matthew Stafford Back Up To Full Speed
(5/17 11:53 PT)

The Facts:
Stafford is healthy again. He's past the knee and shoulder injuries he suffered last season, knocking him out of the lineup, hampering him when he returned. "I feel a lot better," Stafford said. "My shoulder feels good. My knee's feeling a lot better. As far as throwing the ball, I can step into it and let it go as good as I ever have." Reported by the Detroit Free Press

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
And a healthy Stafford has the Lions feeling optimistic. The coaching staff believes off-season additions like Nate Burleson, who is expected to keep opponents from double-teaming Calvin Johnson, rookie RB Jahvid Best and former Broncos TE Tony Scheffler will provide the talented Stafford with the kind of targets that will maximize his potential.
