Aaron Wilson of the Carroll County Times reports that Smith has signed his one-year, $1.101 million restricted free agent tender.  Reported by Profootballtalk.com

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
When the Ravens tendered Smith, a restricted free agent, at the original-round level it was clear that he was available, and Smith was interested in signing with the Browns. But Smith is now back under contract with the Ravens. Smith has indicated that he'd like to go somewhere that he can compete for a starting job but it now appears he'll remain behind Joe Flacco in Baltimore for at least one more year.
