In an offseason where the Cardinals will be going through some significant player changes, the main architects of the team are assured of staying long-term. HC Ken Whisenhunt and GM Rod Graves have each agreed to new contracts through the 2013 season, the team announced Thursday. Whisenhunt’s deal also has a team option for the 2014 season. ... Whisenhunt becomes the first coach since the franchise moved to Arizona to receive a contract extension.
