Martz, 58, worked with Bears HC Lovie Smith in St. Louis, operating an explosive Rams offense that was dubbed “The Greatest Show on Turf.” The unit featured QB Kurt Warner, RB Marshall Faulk, and WRs Isaac Bruce and Torry Holt. ... Now he'll be working with Jay Cutler, Matt Forte and some talented young WRs in Devin Hester, Earl Bennett, Devin Aromashodu and Johnny Knox as well as TE Greg Olson. It remains to be seen how Smith will reconcile his strong desire to be a run-first offense with Martz's reputation for relying more heavily on the pass.
