In an interview with XX Sports Radio in San Diego, Tomlinson admitted he wasn't in love with his role (in the Chargers' offense). "I wasn't happy. No one is going to be happy with the least amount of touches in my career. I don't know any running back that would be happy with that. Absolutely I wasn't happy with not touching the ball as much as I thought I would," Tomlinson said.

And so what's all but certain to be a parting of the ways begins. With Tomlinson due a $2 million roster bonus on March 1, Pro Football Weekly recently suggested it's just about guaranteed that he and the Chargers will part ways prior to that date. If that's the case, the next question will be whether LT tries to play out his string with another club.
