According to ESPN insider Adam Schefter, Mike Holmgren informed HC Eric Mangini and his full staff they will return to work in 2010 -- then said, "Let's get to work."

Mangini went 5-11 in his first season with the Browns, who finished with a four-game winning streak. Holmgren spent the week interviewing Mangini and pondering the decision on his coach. Apparently the late-season surge and the vocal support of key players worked in Mangini's favor. The next task will be hiring a GM who is compatible with both Holmgren and Mangini. On Wednesday, Eagles GM Tom Heckert visited the Browns. Other will be interviewed before a hire is made.
