HC Tom Cable still hasn't decided who his starting QB will be Sunday against the Bengals, saying he wants to sit down with the QBs before making up his mind. Cable said a decision will be announced Wednesday.

For what it's worth, Cable said the final call on JaMarcus Russell vs. Bruce Gradkowski is his -- as opposed to owner Al Davis'. ... Complicating things, Gradkowski showed up to work Monday with a hamstring injury. Asked what the decision will come down to, Cable said, "It will be focused on winning, period, what gives us the best chance to win. ..." We'll go ahead and leave that last line hanging -- but suggest the Raiders issues run much deeper than QB.
