The Facts:
According to HC Jim Zorn, if the concussion that sidelined him last Suinday keeps Portis out of practice this week, he won't play Sunday.

Asked about Portis' current condition, Zorn said, "I think the headaches are now gone. I think the ringing is gone. As he would put it, there's still a bit of blurriness. ..." As for Portis' status, Zorn said, "I don't want this to be something where Ladell [Betts] came in and did a wonderful job. ... And yet have Clinton lose his job." Betts ran for 114 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's win over Denver.
