The Facts:
Two weeks after ESPN breathlessly reported on domestic violence allegations against Raiders coach Tom Cable, ESPN is now reporting that Cable is not likely to be disciplined in connection with those allegations.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Raiders owner Al Davis has reportedly been cooperating with the league's investigation into the allegations of domestic violence in hopes of gaining an edge should he decide to fire Cable after the season. If Davis could fire Cable "with cause," the Raiders would be able to get out of paying the remainder of Cable's contract. That might be a bit more difficult absence league action, which is due in part to the fact no criminal charges were ever filed.
