The Facts:
Brady has a sore throwing shoulder, the result of a crushing hit by Washington Redskins defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth. Brady’s right shoulder was pressed to the ground by Haynesworth on an incomplete pass late in the first half of Friday night’s preseason game.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Brady went to the bench, where he flexed and rotated his arm as the half came to a close. He did not play in the second half, even though most of the first-team offense returned for the first drive of the third quarter. Brady completed 12 of 19 passes for 150 yards and two touchdowns. The Patriots official release literally states: "Tom Brady: Sore shoulder." We'll obviously follow up as needed, but the injury didn't look serious.
