The Facts:
In a video of Wednesday's practice released by a local television station (watch it
HERE), Marshall is seen knocking the ball down instead of catching it during individual wideout drills, punting the ball instead of handing it to the ball boys and walking wehile others are running. His actions prompted a number of observers to suggest the Broncos would be within their rights to suspend Marshall for conduct detrimental to the team.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Appearing on ESPN's NFL Live late Thursday night, Marshall explained his actions. While admitting he made an "error in judgement" -- out of frustration over his sitaution -- specifically in punting the ball, Marshall told host Trey Wingo, "Being honest, that was the start of practice and it was blown out of proportion." Still, the disgruntled WR said he apologized to his teammates. Marshall went on to say he doesn't want to be a distraction, but he does want a fresh start elsehwere. ... Based on the video -- and Marshall's belief that owner Pat Bowlen agreed to trade him in June -- we'll suggest this story is far from over.
