The Facts:
The Colts have agreed to terms with top draft pick Brown. Team president Bill Polian made the announcement Sunday afternoon as the team reported to training camp in Terre Haute, Ind. He did not disclose details of the contract, which is expected to be signed before the Colts open practice Monday.
