The Miami-Dade State attorney's office has delayed Stallworth's arraignment on DUI manslaughter charges until Jun. 4, a source said Thursday. Stallworth was set to be arraigned today in Miami-Dade Circuit Court. The State Attorney's office sought the delay to continue its investigation. Reported by the Cleveland Plain Dealer

Stallworth faces four to 15 years in prison if convicted of DUI manslaughter in connection with the death of a pedestrian Mario Reyes. Stallworth's attorneys are believed to be still working on reducing the charges. Indeed, Yahoo! Sports' Jason Cole, citing unnamed NFL sources, Stallworth’s jail time could be only a matter of two or three months. Beyond that, Stallworth could play this season, a source told Cole. ... Meanwhile, Stallworth is training in Miami and not participating in the Browns voluntary mini-camp, which runs through today.
