The Facts:
Heap is sidelined for his second straight mini-camp, but the Ravens TE expects to participate in a full practice before off-season workouts end in mid-June. Heap is dealing with a lower back injury that dates back to the playoffs four months ago. He injured it during a practice in January.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
"He's not as far along as we all thought he would be -- and he thought he would be -- so we're just trying to work through it," HC coach John Harbaugh said Tuesday, the second day of passing camp. Heap was third on the team last season with 35 catches, his fewest receptions in a 16-game season. We would suggest -- certainly at this point in time -- there's no reason to believe a sudden turnaround is coming.
