The Facts:
Williams was arrested Sunday night on a felony drug charge in Houston, FOXSports.com has learned. Police spokesman Victor Senties said Williams was tasered during a confrontation with two off-duty officers working security at at a Houston nightclub. Williams was charged with possession of a controlled substance that police believe is cocaine. Senties said the drug charges stem from a "little baggy" that was in Williams' possession when he was being booked into jail.

This wasn't Williams' first scrape with the law this offseason. He was arrested in late February on charges of DWI and marijuana possession in Houston. Both charges were later dropped. Williams remains a free agent. Even before Sunday night's arrest, Jaguars HC Jack Del Rio said the franchise didn't "have any intention of bringing him back." Williams had yet to take a free-agent visit this offseason.
