According to WSVN, Stallworth's blood alcohol level was perhaps as much as twice the legal limit of .08 percent when he killed Mario Reyes, 59. Stallworth, 28, faces possible DUI manslaughter charges, which carry a 15-year jail sentence if convicted. WSVN said even with a plea deal, a manslaughter conviction would mean mandatory jail time.
