Report: Charges Against Brandon Marshall Dropped
(3/2 7:39 PT)

The Facts:
A disorderly conduct charge against Marshall, who was arrested in Atlanta on Sunday, has been dropped and his case has been dismissed, a source close to the Denver Broncos wide receiver tells ESPN's Michael Smith. Reported by ESPN.com

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Marshall's latest run-in with the law stemmed from a fight. And even though the charges were dropped, his latest run-in with the law is likely to be examined by league officials. Smith, appearing on SportsCenter this morning, suggested that commissioner Roger Goodell could give Marshall a pass because the charges were dropped, but the league doesn't require convictions for the commissioner to suspend a player.
