Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
The Cardinals have offered $20 million over two years, with half of that guaranteed, and agent Mark Bartelstein is seeking around $29 million, with a higher amount guaranteed. As previously noted, Bartelstin continues his efforts to get Warner the desired contract by bringing other teams -- including the 49ers -- into the mix. At some point, Bartelstein said, Warner will "have to decide" if he truly wants to listen to other teams. It remains to be seen how serious other suitors might be, however, realizing they might be doing nothing more than helping Warner's negotiations in Arizona.
