The Facts:
ESPN.com's Pat Yasinskas and John Clayton are reporting the Bucs will make Raheem Morris their new head coach and Mark Dominik their general manager. They also have hired former New Orleans defensive coordinator Gary Gibbs, apparently as an assistant head coach and possibly as defensive coordinator. The press conference announcing the moves is expected to be held Saturday.

Such an announcement
wouldn't be a huge surprise -- although it is out of character for the Buccaneers and the Glazer family, who owns the club. The Glazer's have preferred to make much splashier moves but the success of long-time assistants in Miami and Atlanta -- not to mention the procession of former Bucs assistants (Lovie Smith and Mike Tomlin, for example) to make good in the league. ...
