The Facts:
An arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence will not affect the playing status of Jackson for Sunday’s divisional playoff game at Pittsburgh -- from the league's point of view. An NFL spokesman on Wednesday said the league will await a determination by the court before considering disciplinary action against Jackson.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Jackson was arrested on the DUI charge early Tuesday morning by the California Highway Patrol. As noted in the previous item, however, the team could choose to -- or not to -- sanction Jackson this weekend. Based on local reporting out of San Diego this morning -- and GM A.J. Smith's statement indicating the team would "monitor the situation" moving forward, it sounds like Jackson will play as usual against the Steelers.
