The New Orleans Saints have placed Bush on the injured reserve list, ending his season with two games to play. Reported by the New Orleans Times-Picayune

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Bush injured his left knee against the Carolina Panthers on Oct. 19, and had arthroscopic surgery the next day to repair a torn meniscus. He missed four games for rehabilitation. He returned to action against Tampa Bay on Nov. 30, but struggled and HC Sean Payton reduced his playing time because of ineffectiveness. ... The move puts the Saints in a bind at running back. With Deuce McAllister still struggling coming off double knee surgery and Aaron Stecker also being on IR, the team is down to Pierre Thomas and recent signee Mike Bell.
