The Facts:
On a day when the team signed free-agent receiver Derek Hagan to aid a passing game lacking Plaxico Burress, the Giants also dialed up Horn and invited him for a visit, according to someone informed of the Giants' plans to meet with the 13-year veteran. Horn arrived in the area Tuesday night and will take a physical Wednesday.  Reported by the Newark Star-Ledger

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Horn, 36, has been a free agent since the Falcons released him on Aug. 19, after Horn requested a trade. Apparently he'll remain one. Subsequent reports indicate he left team headquarters without a contract. According to the New York Daily News, Horn showed that he still has the hands to be a decent NFL receiver, but not necessarily the legs.
