The Facts:
Burress may still be facing an uncertain future, but at this moment he is still a member of the Giants and is required to be at Giants Stadium tomorrow morning. Hard as it is to believe, the Giants are apparently requiring Burress to show up along with the rest of the team’s injured players, for treatment on what is otherwise the players’ day off.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
A team spokesman said that Burress is still on the 53-man roster, he is injured (both a strained hamstring and a gunshot wound to the thigh) “and our injured players have mandatory treatment tomorrow. ..." That could change, but team doctors have not yet examined Burress since he shot himself in the thigh on Friday night. This might be their opportunity to do so, which would allow them to determine if they can get away with placing him on the non-football injury list. Whatever the case, it still appears doubtful that Burress will play for the Giants again this season.
