The Steelers disclosed this week that Roethlisberger suffered a shoulder injury during the Week One romp over the Texans. But the Steelers didn't mention that Roethlisberger separated the shoulder. Al Michaels of NBC mentioned the severity of the injury during the opening moments of NBC's coverage of the game.

Roethlisberger, listed as probable in Friday's injury report, is playing as usual on a windy night in Cleveland. Andrea Kremer of NBC reported that offensive coordinator Bruce Arians hasn't altered his game plan as a result of Roethlisberger's shoulder or the wind. The team has thrown deep without any apparent concerns. ... Stay tuned. We'll undoubtedly hear more about the shoulder in coming days.
