The writing is pretty much on the wall here. ... As previously noted, Belichick told his team that Brady's left knee injury could be bad and to prepare for Matt Cassel to be the QB going forward. An unnamed teammate told ESPN's Trent Dilfer that Cassel would indeed be the starter. Yahoo! Sports' Michael Silver and NFL Network's Adam Schefter have reported the injuries include a torn ACL and possibly other ligament damage. Stay tuned. We'll obviously have more throughout the day.
