Owens showed up Tuesday morning to get blood tests, according to Phillips, and left to catch a flight before the beginning of practice. Phillips confirmed that T.O. will be excused for the rest of the week. "He didn't want to go into it, and I really don't want to either," Phillips added. "It's a family matter and just leave it at that. It's not anything more than that. ..." We'll take Phillips at his word until we have reason not to.
