The Facts:
The Ravens met for the second time with the agent for Flacco, continuing contract negotiations this week at team headquarters. The Ravens initially met with Joe Linta, who represents the first-round draft pick, May 12 to begin discussing the structure of an anticipated five-year pact for the 18th overall selection. Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Both sides are intent on reaching an agreement so Flacco can report in time to training camp to compete with Kyle Boller and Troy Smith for the starting job. ... Flacco was absent from passing camp this week due to an NFL-NCAA rule that prohibits rookies from attending more than one minicamp until their college academic schedule is concluded. The former Delaware star will be able to attend next week's passing camp as well as an additional passing camp and a rescheduled rookie mini-camp that has been dubbed the "Flacco Camp."
