The Facts:
The Titans have agreed to terms with former Falcons tight end Blakley. "The Titans made a nice offer," agent Gary Glick said. "We talked to some other teams, but he really liked Tennessee."

Blakley finished the 2003 season on the Titans' practice squad and took part in training camp in '04 before being released. He was teammates with new Titans tight end Alge Crumpler in Atlanta last season and he played in college at Missouri with Titans receiver Justin Gage.
