According to NFL Network's Mike Mayock, the Broncos just landed a "third-down change-of-pace guy who has the ability to make you miss. He's a guy I think provides instant offense for the Broncos in the screen game, the check-down game. Peyton Manning is going to love him. ..." According to his NFL.com scouting report, Hillman relies heavily on his quickness and immediate vision to find a seam to be an effective runner. He has decent speed for his size, but his quickness is his biggest asset. Sounds like an ideal compliment to Willis McGahee.
