TE Delanie Walker, who sustained a fractured jaw on Christmas Eve, told CSNBayArea.com that he hopes to receive medical clearance Monday to return for the 49ers' NFC championship game next Sunday. That being the case WR Ted Ginn appears to be the 49ers' biggest injury concern.

Ginn is questionable for the NFC title game after sustaining a right knee injury on Saturday. Ginn was injured when New Orleans Saints linebacker Martez Wilson shoved him to the ground within the legal 5-yard contact zone on a crossing route in the second quarter. The 49ers have their first full practice of the week scheduled for Wednesday, and the club figures to list a handful of their players as questionable for the upcoming game -- including Ginn and Walker. We'll be following up as needed.
