According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Jeff Fisher has agreed to become Rams head coach. Reported by FootballDiehards.com

SI.com's Peter King is reporting the same. ... So, Fisher has chosen St. Louis over the Miami Dolphins, who will continue their coaching search. Early speculation suggests that Fisher prefered the Rams because the team doesn't already have a general manager in place. The presence of a franchise QB, Sam Bradford, high draft picks this offseason and perhaps what's viewed as less formidible opposition in the NFC West than in the AFC East were other possible factors. ...
