The Facts:
Phil Simms said on the CBS telecast of the game that McFadden has a Lisfranc injury to his right foot, and not a mid-foot sprain, and could be out for the year. HC Hue Jackson said that there has been no change in McFadden's diagnosis. No," Jackson said. "And it's not a season-ender. I mean, that's what we said - it's a sprained foot, Lisfranc, whatever you want to call it. Basically the same thing. I think Darren will be back before the season's over. And when we get him back, we'll get him back."

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
A Lisfranc injury affects a joint in the center of the foot, and is what ended Houston quarterback Matt Schaub's season. McFadden has not played since being injured on the Raiders' first series against Kansas City on Oct. 23. Oakland missed the speed of McFadden and injured receivers Jacoby Ford and Denarius Moore on Sunday. And the Raiders had more injuries Sunday. Receiver Darrius Heyward-Bey hurt his heel and receiver Chaz Schilens injured his foot. ... So stay tuned. It will be another week of following the progress -- or lack thereof -- in Oakland. That said, it seems like a reach to believe McFadden will be ready to contribute this week -- even if he gets in a full week of practice.
