The Facts:
Williams left the game Sunday with a headache that was thought to be a potential concussion, but it appears he passed the concussion test given today.

This is per Mike Munchak, the Titans head coach, in today's press conference. Williams is a nice possession receiver, but he's not in an offensive system that can make him a major Fantasy contributor. We'll keep an eye on him to insure he doesn't suffer any setbacks this week.
