Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports that Dawson hurt his thigh during yesterday's game.

The Browns won the game over the Seahawks 6-3, but Dawson had two kicks blocked. It's unclear if the injury played a part in that. Head coach Pat Shurmur said there are no current plans to bring in another kicker because of the injury, so Dawson owners should not be worried at this point.
