Jeff Duncan of the Times-Picayune reports that Ingram's injury will be monitored to see if the Saints need to activate Ivory from the PUP list.

We still don't know at this point how long Ingram will be out for with his bruised heel, so head coach Sean Payton, whom Duncan is sourcing above, is considering how he might handle the situation when that information is available. The Saints have been going with a running back rotation all year and this would not change that plan. We'll update more on Ingram when it becomes available.
