The time off for the finger injury may actually be good news for his continued recovery from his knee injury. Cooley has generally tried to remain upbeat this year while the team seems to have improved even if his personal season has not been up to his usual standards. Perhaps he reaped some bad karma for his recent comments about Tony Romo.
