The Facts:
Pettigrew said he has dropped 10 pounds this off-season, thanks to a healthier diet and different workout routine, and hopes to play next year at his current 255 -- the weight at which he played in college.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
As a rookie, Pettigrew said he played at 270 pounds. “I think I picked it up too fast,” he said. “I just tried to jump right in to it, trying to get there, and I just think I did it the wrong way," he told Free Press reporter Dave Birkett. "And now I’m pushing it and getting back to what I was used to. I like the 255, being able to move. Strength thrills, but speed kills, and I still think I can get it done in the blocking game as well. ...” Pettigrew came on strong in his return from a torn ACL last season. He appears to be in line to provide Fantasy Football owners very solid value this fall.
