Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Heimerdinger has spent the last three seasons – and eight overall — as the Titans offensive coordinator. He’s also served as an offensive coordinator for the New York Jets, and as assistant head coach for Denver. Heimerdinger was diagnosed with cancer in November and has undergone chemotherapy treatments, but he did not miss a game. ... ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported that former Dallas wide receivers coach Ray Sherman would interview Thursday with the Titans for the head-coaching position, but Sherman told The Tennessean’s Jim Wyatt the team had not yet been in touch with him.
