The Ravens fired Jim Zorn as their quarterbacks coach, a league source said. Reported by the Baltimore Sun

According to the Sun, Zorn's release came after a seven-hour meeting with HC John Harbaugh and OC Cam Cameron in which they questioned Joe Flacco's development this season. In his only season as the Ravens quarterbacks coach, Zorn was known for his quirky drills. Compared to 2009, Flacco’s touchdowns (25) and quarterback rating (93.6) increased this year, his interceptions (10) decreased and his passing yards (3,622) remained essentially the same. Zorn's departure means Flacco will have a new quarterbacks coach for a second straight season.
