Vikings interim head coach Leslie Frazier said Tuesday Jackson’s status for Monday’s game against the Bears is “in jeopardy” because of turf toe. Frazier did not sound optimistic about Jackson and mentioned Joe Webb could get first team reps on Thursday.

Frazier also said they are looking at eight different quarterbacks outside the organization that could possibly start the game (with PFT's Mike Florio reporting that Patrick Ramsey is one of them). Meanwhile, PFT notes the most optimistic part of Frazier’s press conference was surprisingly regarding Brett Favre’s status. Frazier sounded hopeful Favre could will play again, possibly this week. An ultrasound on Favre’s shoulder and neck came up negative. Injured reserve is not currently an option for Favre. ... Stay tuned.
