According to Josh Looney of KCChiefs.com, there will be no update on Cassel's condition coming until the team practices on Wednesday.

Adam Teicher of the Kansas City Star reports Cassel was with his teammates at the Chiefs practice facility today and he said he would prepare as if he would play Sunday against the Rams in St. Louis. "That’s why I'm here. I'll do what I normally do. It will be a normal week of preparation. It will be a better week for me. ..." Stay tuned. We'll obviously be watching closely.
